Who are we?
Cambridge Events Company is a family run and owned business located in Saffron Walden, just outside of Cambridge.
We are driven by a sole purpose of delivering bespoke, high-quality events that exceed our customers’ expectations. Our continued hard work has meant that we have become a partner of choice within the industry and are trusted to deliver on the BIG occasions.
How far do you travel?
We predominantly serve the East Anglia region and London, but are open to travel anywhere within the UK.
What structures do you provide?
Tipi’s which are one of the most popular and versatile event structures in the UK and are used for weddings, parties, festivals, and corporate functions.
Sail Cloths Marquees which are idyllic for outdoor weddings, ceremonies, and other celebrations. Sheer top sailcloth tents are increasingly becoming the industry standard.
Stretch tents are becoming an exceedingly popular choice for all events because of their flexible nature and ability to create diverse shapes and make them different from the traditional marquee.

How far in advance of our event do we need to book?
We recommend booking events as far in advance as possible as dates do get fully booked
How long will it take to book?
A member of the Cambridge Event company will contact you within 24 hours of receiving an enquiry to discuss your special event and arrange a site visit with you.
Costs
All events are individual by design, as such we do not offer packages, instead, we offer transparent, competitive pricing tailored to your individual needs.

From start to finish we will collaborate with you to help build the event that you want. We pride ourselves on our impeccable customer service.
As with all events, it is the intricate details that count. At the Cambridge Events Company, we offer an array of additional furnishings and services over and above just the structure itself including flooring, dance floor and bars to name a few.

Time taken to build
Structures can take anywhere between a few hours to a full day depending on the event and finer details added. We can also guide you on the time required for other suppliers to install their equipment. Rest assured we can be flexible on set up based on the location and your timings.
Working with suppliers
Preparing for your big event can sometimes involve working with multiple providers which can be a daunting prospect. We will happily work with other suppliers to make sure your event is stress free and allow you to enjoy your special moment.
